Sweet Maddox turned one last month and we celebrated with a cake smash. Ya'll, it was a good one! Maddox was into that cake! I've never seen a one year old get so into their cake, he clearly loved every second of it!
For Maddox, we opted to use a plain white backdrop with rustic/vintage elements featuring a vintage crate and some greenery. I love keeping cake smashes and milestones simple and minimal. This way the focus stays on the kiddo rather than everything around then, just my personal taste! Mom and Dad joined in on the action too!
